ImageBuffer.SampleStartTime Property
Returns the reference start time of the sample in the image buffer.
Syntax: 
[VB.NET]
Public SampleStartTime Double

[C#]
public double SampleStartTime;
Limitations:

Run time only, read only.
Remarks:

The SampleStartTime property returns the reference time the sample started in seconds.
